Business Leaders Condemn Violence on Capitol Hill: \u2018This Is Sedition\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n The National Association of Manufacturers, one of the country\u2019s largest lobbying groups, suggested that Vice President Mike Pence should consider invoking a provision of the 25th Amendment that allows members of the president\u2019s cabinet to temporarily remove him from power.<\/p>\n \u201cAnyone indulging conspiracy theories to raise campaign dollars is complicit,\u201d the association said. \u201cVice President Pence, who was evacuated from the Capitol, should seriously consider working with the cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment to preserve democracy.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThis is sedition,\u201d the group said of the actions of the mob, and said Mr. Trump had incited the violence.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n and another from the NYT Business Insider: Business is about accountability.
