She is a fantastic writer, I was impressed with her constraint in using science correctly. These worlds are believable and vivid, the people and races in them well woven, all tied together with very good writing. I had only read The Lathe of Heaven prior to this trilogy and will read more of her work soon. Oddly enough, I was induced to pull her work from the library shelves after reading a favorable mention in the non-fiction work I finished recently, The dawn of everything : a new history of humanity.

Worlds of exile and illusion by Ursula K.
